Our Candidate Referral Program is designed to reward individuals who refer qualified candidates.

Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

The Candidate Referral Program is open to all employees, clients, and external individuals who refer candidates to Solution SFT.

2. Eligible Positions:

Refer to the ‘Available Jobs’ section of www.solutionsft.com/candidates

3. Referral Process:

• To make a referral, please submit the candidate’s information at [email protected].
• Ensure that you have the candidate’s permission before submitting their information.
• You may refer multiple candidates for different positions.

4. Referral Criteria:

• Referred candidates must be previously unknown to Solution SFT.
• Referrals must meet the qualifications and requirements for the specified job position.
• Referrals must stay employed for a minimum of a 90-day period to be eligible for the monetary reward that we offer.

5. Reward Structure:

Upon successfully placing the referred candidate, you will be eligible for a referral reward based on the candidate’s first 90 days of employment and the seniority of the position.
The amount to be paid should be discussed with [email protected].

6. Payment:

• Referral rewards will be paid via check or direct deposit within 30 days of the end of the candidate’s first 90 days of employment with Solution SFT.
• Applicable taxes will be deducted as required by law.

7. Confidentiality:

We respect the privacy of both candidates and referrers. All candidate information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

8. Compliance:

All referrals must comply with Solution SFT’s policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

9. Changes to Program:

• Solution SFT reserves the right to modify or terminate the Candidate Referral Program at any time.
